Appointments before 9:30 AM or after 5:30 PM are available at an additional fee of £15.

Hair Drop-Off / Postage

• Hair that requires prepping must be dropped off by hand or sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery only.
• I am not liable for any hair that is lost or delayed in the post.

Hair Preparation Requirements

• Hair must be clean and ready for install.
• Lace must be HD, film, or transparent with no tint, dye, or dark colouring.
• If the lace does not meet these requirements, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded.
• For bob styles, your closure or frontal must be at least two inches longer than your bundles (for example, a 16-inch frontal with 14-inch bundles).
• If your natural hair needs cornrows, please arrive with it properly washed and fully blow-dried. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation.
