Refund and Returns Policy

At SA Hair, we take great pride in providing high-quality hair extensions, wigs, and beauty services.
Each product is carefully inspected, and each service is performed with professional care.
Because of the personal nature of our products and services, our refund and return policy is specific to ensure fairness and hygiene compliance.

Service

Services ( Installations, Custom Orders)

All services (including hair installations, colouring, cutting, and styling) are non-refundable once rendered.

If you are unhappy with the service you received, please inform us before leaving so we can make reasonable adjustments on the spot.
Once you leave the premises, we cannot offer refunds or redos for completed services.

Deposits for bookings are non-refundable, but they may be transferred once if you provide at least 48 hours’ notice before your appointment.

Refunds

Due to hygiene and health regulations, hair products (including wigs, bundles, frontals, closures, or custom units) cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been opened, worn, installed, or altered in any way.

You may be eligible for a return or exchange only if:

  • The product is unusedunwornunwashed, and in its original packaging; and
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, contact us at sahairstudiosgmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Returns will only be accepted with prior approval.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
We will inspect the issue and, if confirmed, offer an exchange or store credit.
Refunds for faulty products are only issued in cases where an identical replacement is unavailable.

You must return the item in its original condition and packaging for inspection.

Sale Items & Promotional Products

Items purchased on sale, at a discount, or during promotions are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless faulty.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the credit

Shipping returns

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the item.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g. faulty or wrong item sent).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your proof of postage.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

  • Bespoke/custom-made items
  • Personal-use/hygiene products once opened or used
  • Services already rendered

By purchasing from SA Hair, customers agree to these terms and acknowledge that hair extensions, wigs, and beauty services are exempt from standard change-of-mind refunds once used or customised.
